We are a professional private quantity surveying and project management practice, offering an independent and personalised service.
We work predominantely in the high end residential, offices and commercial sector for private clients, developers, investors, commercial clients, architects, interior designers and main contractors.
We consider the clients requirements and objectives in terms of COST, TIME, QUALITY AND RISK.
Our areas of work are focussed within London, Hampshire and Surrey and we undertake projects UK wide and internationally.
We endevour to assist the client to achieve the maximum and optimum solution which will lead to a successful project delivery for the client.
We bring our experience, historical data and our access to RICS and other resouces to provide our clients with practical and knowledge based input.
We like to take a flexible and dynamic approach to projects and therefore in addition to the traditional procurement routes, we also offer alternative routes such as 'management contractor' contractual arrangements, to a full design and build 'turn key' package route, using our existing relationships with architects, builders, engineers and other project team members.
The practice has been established for over 10 years and the Director of FES has been working in this field of quantity surveying and the construction industry for around 30 years.
The Director graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying at the University of Central Lancashire in 1993.
He has considerable experience working within Chartered private practice quantity surveying companies in both Manchester and London; and has also worked for some of the major blue-chip plc construction companies.
