This included 'taking-off' quantities and compiling subcontract packages, in order to go out to the marketplace to obtain prices for elements of the build. This enabled the developer and contractor to work to a budget cost plan and realise the project for delivery to the marketplace for sale. The 3 houses were sold for a record price in that area at circa £10 million each (GDV £30 M).
